Services

HHL Hacienda Heights Landscapes provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are provided according to industry standards and best practices.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes for all services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will schedule services at mutually agreeable times. Weather and unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a service fee.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment. Please ensure that pets are secured and notify us of any hazards or special conditions on your property. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials and sod installations are warranted for 30 days with proper care and watering. Hardscaping and installation work is warranted for one year against defects in workmanship. Normal wear and tear, weather damage, and improper maintenance are not covered.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by acts of nature. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
